Operations Manager / CNC Machinist

ATS seeks a team oriented individual with good leadership skills to plan/manage/contribute in a range of manufacturing activities.  Typical job responsibilities will include planning, scheduling and supervising a small, dedicated team of machinists and machine operators.  Candidate will be responsible for day-to-day scheduling and supervision of numerous production projects and will report directly to the VP of Engineering.  Candidate must also have shop experience in programming and setting up of CNC machine tools.  The qualified individual will need to work closely with engineers and designers in the ever changing environment of research and development.  Candidate must possess good leadership and time management skills.  Associates degree in Science/Technology a plus, but not required.  Minimum of 5 years supervisor/management experience is desired.
