ATS’ fabrication facilities house our laser manufacturing equipment as well as complete in-house machine shop facilities for prototype development.  These facilities are housed in the Composite Technology Center in Sanford, Maine.  The laser processing equipment includes a 50 foot ESAB gantry, a 16 x 30 foot welding table space, a 5 ton crane, and an IPG fiber laser for our laser welding program.  Our machine shop which share this space include computer-aided CNC machines as well as manual machines.  Our machine shop facilities employ a highly experienced fabrication staff that teams with our prototype developers to assist in design development and to solve our design challenges in an effective manner.
