Our in-house supercomputer system processes enormous amounts of information allowing us to quickly solve complex engineering challenges. Detailed computer modeling and simulations aid in the testing and refinement phases of our process. Our use of techniques such as Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) and Finite Element Analysis (FEA) allow us to simulate complex systems accurately, find trends quickly,
fine-tune our models repeatedly, and help us provide cost-effective solutions for our clients.

In addition to computer testing, our sophisticated facility allows our team to build and physically test our solutions. At ATS, engineers work together with machine shop personnel to fabricate testing prototypes in-house. We then use our knowledge of process control, data acquisition and data analysis to demonstrate the technologies we’ve developed and prove the effectiveness of the design.
